Q: How do I make the Carplay or Android auto connection?

A: There are 2 ways for you to make Carplay or Android auto connection:

1 Wireless-- Pair your phone with Xplay by bluetooth first, then comfirm to use Carplay or Android auto on your phone, the connection is 5G WiFi And Carplay will connect automatically for iPhone after initial pairing, Android phones require a tape on screen to confirm to use Android auto, please note you have to keep your phone's bluetooth and WiFi on;

Q: How to Setup Bluetooth Helmet?

A:Step 1: Please search & pair with CarBt_*** on your phone,both wireless Carplay & Android connection are working by WiFi.

Step 2: Please go to Settings-System-Device MIC-OFF, if you have Bluetooth Helmet.

Step 3: Please go to "Bluetooth Emit" for search and connect your Bluetooth Helmet.

A: Yes, it is waterproof at IPX7 level,It allows you to enjoy music and online maps on rainy days

IPx7 grade 7 represents the waterproof grade of IPX7, which means that the top is 0.15-1 meters from the water surface for 30 minutes without affecting the performance and water leakage.

A: It does not have a built-in power module, it needs to connect a cable to the power supply of the motorcycle.

A: Yes, you're able to listen all the audio via bluetooth headset/helmet(music, navi etc) by pairing it to C5 Carplay, and you can make the phonecalls by it . It supports Sena, NEXT Pro, Amazon Echoshow 5 etc, But its not compatible with Miland intercom currently.
